Chipotle Mexican Grill - Washington

1 stars are too many for this place. this was turtle served in its finest. it took 25 minutes to get a simple bowl, and the workers were so rude when I asked a simple question, they looked at me as if I asked them to make hovering. the kitchen was not on camp, and at any time I asked for a topping, they took and extra 5 minutes to raise the container lazily. I lost time.

Don't come here. The place is dirty. Look at other reviews. The staff is not motivated to keep the place clean. Come on folks.

Pretty sure my review got deleted so just wanted to post again. This is the worst chipotle store in the nation. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Look miserable to do their jobs. They laughed when I complained that my burrito was not wrapped properly.

Do not order take out from this place cause you'd end up getting half a portion every time!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered 1 item on the app and I waited over 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to ready. It was evident that the store was very disorganized and understaffed. I have nothing bad to stay of the staff they were clearly working very hard and looked overwhelmed. It was clear that none of the online orders were coming out there were many people waiting just as long as me. I asked once about my order and it never came. I eventually had to give up and just leave empty handed after paying for the order and waiting 30+ minutes after a 9 hour work day. There is clearly a management issue at this store— not enough planning and staff for the volume of orders. Do not order online ever at this store.
