When you want passion put into your food, go to Coppi's. When you want to drink well-made wine for a price that isn't jacked up three or four times as is common in restaurants, go to Coppi's. When you want service from people who care what they serve and how they serve people, go to Coppi's. When you want to speak to a Chef who has heart, love for people, respect for his employees, compassion for the world, and a desire to save Mezcal and promote sustainability, you need to meet Carlos Amaya, chef/owner of Coppi's. That's my two cents. It's phenomenal and ever changing with the pulse of Mother Earth.
