Denny's - Washington

Terrible experience! I ordered two plates of nachos, and one had only a few chips while the other was completely drenched in oil, with some parts being rubbery and stale. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at this location. Clearly, the food is not fresh. I spoke with the manager, but all he said was that they fry them fresh. I feel like I just threw my money away. Thanks, Denny's!

AVOID THIS PLACE! We ordered through DoorDash this past weekend, and our order had numerous issues. I ordered country fried steak, but it didn’t come with gravy, the eggs were watery, and they forgot to include my toast. My friend ordered a T-bone steak (see the picture), and it arrived RAW! The butter for his pancakes smelled terrible, and his eggs were also watery. I can't recommend dining here unless you enjoy undercooked food and missing items. We are extremely disappointed!

When we sat down, my wife and I ordered the Belgium Waffle Slam along with some Cokes. Unfortunately, the waffles came out undercooked, so we sent them back. We waited over fifteen minutes for replacements, only to receive waffles that were burnt. The burnt smell was unmistakable. We decided to ask for the check without the waffles, but our server informed us that we needed to wait for the manager, who was the only one able to resolve the issue. When the manager finally arrived, he was arrogant and condescending regarding our experience. Having been to that Denny's before, we had hoped for a better outcome, but it turned out to be quite the opposite!

The server took forever to get to us. Then when he did and we ordered our drinks it took him forever to get them to us. We ordered our food and my daughters chicken sandwich was missing the bacon on it. Then on my food we found a hair. Then when she got her food back it was still made wrong...but it did have bacon. The server basically ignored us the whole time. We didn't see a sign of any manager the whole time. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Cook at home. You can make a better Diner experience at home. The servers and cooks are awesome but the food and the atmosphere are subpar. My visits to Denny's will be very few and very far between until some real food starts being freshly prepared there and the atmosphere is a bit more upbeat and modernized.
