Dleña Chef Table - Washington

I discovered the Chef’s Table here through an Instagram reel and felt compelled to give it a try! The food was incredible! Each dish was beautifully presented, and you could really tell the ingredients were fresh. The executive chef prepared the meals right before our eyes, which was such a fun experience, and he personally presented each course to us! The table offered a fantastic view of the kitchen as well. Everything was delicious, and I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend adding the wine pairing to your meal, as it was perfectly matched.

Wow! What an incredible experience! I had the pleasure of dining at the Chef’s Table hosted by Chef Camacho, and it was fantastic! The food was outstanding, and they truly made my birthday special. The ceviche and salad were my top favorites, but honestly, every course was delicious! I would absolutely love to have this experience again. I also appreciated the thoughtful parting gift. Kudos to Dleña! It was truly an amazing experience!

Great experience we were seated by the manager and given a rundown on how everything would work and how they cook the food. We were served each course by the chef, who prepared them right in front of us and explained them as he served us. I also had the wine pairing which was excellent. Great food, great service.

Chef made everything to perfection. This restaurant is well deserving of a Michelin star. Every aspect of our dining experience was carefully orchestrated and we felt like the only patrons in a very busy and bustling restaurant. Chef is phenomenal as are the staff!! Thank you for the experience.
