The owner, Vinnie, is present every day that the restaurant is open, and he always makes an effort to greet everyone, especially the regulars. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the waitstaff is fantastic. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. It's a wonderful family restaurant, and it also makes for a great spot for a date night.

We go there often. This time we had a group of 15. The food is always good, the staff is well trained and everyone smiles as though they enjoy having you there. Never a rush to get you gone. With the increase in costs, luncheon specials have been introduced. This is really a good idea. We just enjoy going there.

Very good Italian food. Wife had spaghetti and I had the steak and cheese flatbread with fries. Both meals were really good and so was the garlic bread. Price was reasonable too.

We have eaten at Franks many times over the years. Last time there was minimal meat in the steak Cheese sub. Tonight we ordered a steak and cheese with no Mayo and our lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles on the side. We got a foot long sub. On the side we had minimal lettuce, 1 1/2 slices of tomato and one pickle spear. Called and spoke with a young lady who was very nice and then received a call back from the owner Vinnie. He was extremely unfriendly and said we did not ask for extra pickles, that only one pickle spear goes on a foot long sub and that one slice of tomato on each half. Wow! I was truly surprised at his manner as I believed him to be a nice person. Like I said, we have been customers for years and the food used to be the best but will prob never return to a place where the owner called to argue and show disrespect.

I'm very baffled about how I have been going to this place for weeks ordering the same chef salad add extra chicken and now I'm ordering it without the chicken and it cost the same. Something is not adding up correctly especially when the same person who's taken payment several times can't explain the problem. Overall, the food is still good.
