Gerrard Street Kitchen - Washington

The food was delicious! we have the pancakes and the eggs benedikt and both were very good.

Elegant, but nevertheless casual dining. The menue offers ineresting and tasty choices with an up notch twist. I went there twice during a stay of less than a week in Washington.

Eclectic eating and a beautiful room. I enjoyed the paratha tacos and the brusselsprossen.

I organized a birthday dinner for 12 people, but on the day of the event, I had to increase the number to 15. I was informed that due to the larger group size, I would need to select from a limited dinner menu, but I could still choose my own favorites. The food was absolutely delightful; our appetizers—Korean Wings, Brussel Sprouts, and Tempura Shrimp—along with our entrees, which included NY Strip, Rabata, Scallops, and Risotto, arrived promptly. The drinks were also fantastic, although they took a little longer to arrive. The smoked old fashioned was especially good! Our server, Syed, was entertaining and charming throughout the evening, even treating us to a complimentary dessert for my birthday. I give this experience a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it. This was my second visit to the restaurant; I had enjoyed my previous dining experience there during the week, and I’m glad to have returned!

Delicious food. Drinks were mediocre. Bar service was very slow. Restaurant was under 50% occupied yet our food arrived prior to our drinks (1 bottled beer and 1 cocktail). Steak and impossible burger were delicious. Desserts good too.
