The downside was that it closed at 10 PM on Saturday night, which feels quite early for those looking for a later dinner.

I ordered the fried somen noodles, even though I initially wanted the steamed dumplings, which were unavailable. I asked if they could be made fresh instead of being deep-fried by the four chefs lounging in the open kitchen. Unfortunately, the answer was no. Then, halfway through our meal, two cocktails that our group ordered were served lukewarm. We noticed the table next to us react negatively when they attempted to order the same drinks, which added to the feeling that the restaurant was on the verge of going out of business and was eager to cut costs. Despite having plenty of staff on duty, it was clear there were issues with management and a troubling lack of concern for customer experience. Even if you are a fan of tonkotsu ramen, this is not the place for you since they don’t offer it. While the spicy miso ramen was decent, we found the other dishes lacked flavor and individuality. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was genuinely shocked by the overall lack of care. I would recommend heading to Jinya if you're willing to go a little further; their service and dining experience are leaps and bounds better.

We will definitely return. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic.

It would be nice to know in advance that the lunch menu is VERY limited. Order your food via an app is always annoying. But doubly irritating when you can't also order beer via the app too. Have to do that separately. Otherwide ramen is delicious.
