Panera Bread - Washington

I absolutely love broccoli and cheddar cheese soup; it's delicious! Recently, I tried their turkey sandwich, and I really enjoyed it, especially after adding cheese as an extra topping. The smoothies are incredible—seriously amazing! I particularly loved the green smoothie, as well as the strawberry and banana one; they were so good. I highly recommend everything I tried!

I've been staying near this Panera and have visited three times. Their new Baja Chicken Bowl is excellent! The ordering process inside is straightforward thanks to the new kiosks. They always get my order right, and the staff is consistently friendly, greeting me with a "hello" every time I walk in.

I visit this location for dinner I just want to say the staff and the management all are professional great service I will definitely be coming back,there was a special on the app that this location could not honor due to they ran out of the item the manager accommodated me with no problem with another choice great customer service

Very few seats. We got a seat, but we was lucky I guess. The food tasted good and service were good. They have a good number of self-order kiosks, which I prefer. Got everything served in to-go which generates a lot of extra rubbish.

One staff member, in particular, stood out to me. She dressed impeccably, and I genuinely enjoyed being served by her. She consistently wore her mask, maintained a spotless appearance, and was incredibly friendly. I loved both eating and just hanging out in this environment. While I didn't have a fixed address to call my own, I spent an average of 2-3 hours each visit at this restaurant. The manager is truly fortunate; there was never a time I needed to address any complaints to him. Everything was always in order. I was thrilled to finally meet him in person, having only seen him in pictures before—he's an awesome individual. This place has become my all-time favorite, as no one ever made me feel unwelcome. If you need to use the restroom, just remember to ask for the door code. The restrooms are impeccably clean. I also appreciate that they allow many homeless individuals to use the facilities, which really touched my heart, especially since most restaurants are not as accommodating. Although I was homeless, no one could tell because I didn’t fit the stereotype. I love sodas, but I also appreciated that they don’t serve sugary juices, which is a healthier choice. Overall, I highly recommend this Panera location to anyone seeking delicious food served by fantastic people in an amazing atmosphere. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!
