Contribuisci feedbackOrdered a meat lovers (Maverick) with extra cheese. Not so much extra cheese, not so much meat to love. Looked nothing like the photo on the wall. See my pic. Fresh, but inattentive food prep from an employee very vocally asking me to give him cash for tip or cash app instead of tipping him at the register (strange). I’m sure it’s a great restaurant, but I was not impressed with this individual experience.
This was probably the most indifferent &pizza I've been to. They closed and locked the doors at 10PM and said to customers at the pick up window online only, while we were in the store eating our pizza.The portion sizes were all over the place, I got 3/4 of a pizza, a buddy got a bit bigger than I did but still didn't go to the edge of the pizza screen.I asked for an order of garlic knots, the guy behind the counter replied with sure you can have whatever you want those knots were never made.Someone in corporate needs to come show this store how to regulate it's product control!
Never again will I patronize them againI ordered my pizza online and got there and had to wait 45 minutes to a hour the staff told me it was ready but it wasn't I had to wait till the fixed other people orders after me and they truly didn't
Customer service really sucks. They have attitudes and never change their gloves. When you ask the huff and puff and as if you’re asking something of them wrong. If you complain about how long you’ve been waiting for food and take 5-6mins they treat you like you’ve done something wrong. I will never come back here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone family or friends.
This location lacks professionalism and feels quite unrefined. The manager, who has dreadlocks, often sits outside smoking while working on his computer. Employees are frequently on their phones at the cash register, and it's as if the manager doesn't even notice customers. When I asked for his name, he introduced himself as Charles. Every time I visit, he seems preoccupied with his phone, neglecting basic hygiene practices. After a smoking break, he returns without washing his hands and puts on gloves, which still carry the strong smell of cigarettes. His treatment of employees is also very poor. I won’t be returning until they have new management at Skyland.
