If a zero rating was possible its certainly what I'd rate this place. I've had brunch all across the DMV and by far this is the worst experience. We made reservations, wanting to try brunch within our neighborhood. What a mistake! I explained to the server that we had reservations. The server then asked which water we'd like, we both responded bottled. He then returned with a glass of water, saying I thought you said regular water. Which he seem to become instantly

My Provost Burger was perfectly prepared. I also sampled the crab cake also very good! Several guests in our party ordered the red snapper (beautifully prepared). We dined on the rooftop terrace, which we had mostly to ourselves. The server staff was very courteous.

Enjoyed a lovely outdoor brunch with my family. We dined on the roof top seating. My husband and I ordered the shrimp grits which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were light and thin but quite fulfilling. They only served boneless thigh meat as the chicken. I would have preferred white meat, but it was seasoned so well it didn't really matter. We had such a wonderful time! Definitely will visit again.

Black excellence at it again. Aliyah was our dopestly cool server. She didn't make excuses she made it happen, service with a smile. This place had a great vibe, cool atmosphere with good food and background music.
