The manager at this restaurant is completely rude and unprofessional!! My family and I just came in for breakfast. The pancakes I received were burnt and chewy I took two bites of them, ate my eggs and at the end of our meal told the waitress I could not eat the pancakes. I went to check out and she said there’s no way to take them off my bill, the manager said I waited too long to send them back. I said this is absurd, I’ve been a waitress for years, let me speak to him. The manager comes out and starts arguing with me about the pancakes, then proceeds to ask me if I’m from Romeo I said no. He replies oh that’s why I was completely taken back and said excuse you? I couldn’t believe he just said that?! He just still rambles on about the pancakes and we continued to argue for 5 mins!!
