Absolutely loved the almond croissant! It had the perfect balance of sweetness. The aromatics and flavor of almond was very apparent. There was also a bit of a body to the croissant that I've never encountered before at other bakeries. Definitely would recommend it!

Seylou offers a selection of excellent vegan pastries made with the same wholesome flour used for their breads. These pastries are available at the Dupont Farmers Market on Sundays. Some options include onion bialy, walnut rhubarb cake, and tahini cookies. The staff is friendly and eager to provide recommendations. (Updated from a previous review on June 15, 2023.)

Seylou is both a mill and a bakery, producing their own flour on-site. The sourdough bread they offer is especially delightful!
