Shake Shack - Washington

I visited two days ago, and those burgers were fantastic! The staff was incredibly nice and patient. I've seen some other reviews, and honestly, my experience was definitely a five-star one. I mean, how can a milkshake even be melted? Just saying! These workers deserve a raise—they're working so hard!

I thoroughly enjoyed these burgers! They were freshly made and served quickly. This was the first restaurant where I encountered outstanding customer service and they actually got my order correct! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Came here a few times during my visit to Washington D.C. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. Would recommend coming here if you are in the area.

This is a great little fast food spot. The burgers are quite authentic, and the fries are really good. It’s a perfect example of fast food done right.

1st time there. I got the shroom cheeseburger with the lettuce wrap, instead of bun. Very good, I'm not vegetarian but I could have eaten the shroom without the burger, because that was delicious.
