Shake Shack - Washington

In town for the Ashe show at the 9:30 Club (amazing concert by the way) Shake Shack is close to the Viceroy hotel and double cheeseburgers ? sounded good. Strawberry ? milkshake was perfect.

Restaurant has a lot of staff working but the are not capable of making orders quicky to keep costumers happy. They do not care about customer service...They have no sense of urgency and delivery drivers waiting as well for a long time (over 30 minutes on a order). SMH. Horrible Place

Pretty good SS location. but the cassian has messed up my order. I asked for a chicken sandwich plane. they gave me a sandwich with mayo, salat and everything on it. also the waiting time for the first chaos lasted 45 minutes. this is with 12 people working in the kitchen and 4 customers. strange, how chick felt a 50 customers can press every 20 minutes, but shake box handle 4 people in 45 minutes. burger was dry and burned meat with a strange tasting that leaves a bad aftertaste. I think that's how Shake-Hack burger also does in nj. when the management reads that, red robin has made the gold standard for absolutely best burger ever. juicy and tasteful with a delicious bungalow. match rrs burger and they have a 5-star rating from me. friends were good. chicken sandwich was good, but not as good as cfa, popeyes or wendys. about the same with mcd’s. tee was good. better than mcd’s, but not as good as red robins skyberry tee. prices are far too high, especially for burned dry burgers. for less than this price I can get a much tasty meal at red robin, burger king or boston market. our meal came today to more than $60 for 4 meal times with 3 drinks. the restroom was dirty with wet pee on the floor, used surgical gloves on the floor, dried pee on toilet seat, dirty toilet paper on the floor, dirty windscreen paper left on winding table. but it was much cleaner than a public port-q capacity. if they eat in the outside with the back exit, the door will lock on them and they will fall outside with the only one inward through the front door. even if u eat in the outdoor dining area, random pedestrians will go through the sitting area as a link to foot around the block. this is dangerous as I saw 4 homeless panhandlers / drug addicts in this area, asking for money while people sit and eat. not sure whether there are theft crimes here, but probably safer to eat. Pros:Pretty good chicken sandwich many sitting places in the inner lot with workers strohhalme made of plastic (plant base, better than paper)Fries and rolls are tasty iced tea is okfree waterCons:Way too expensive for what u getsuper slow eating before the time, especially since they 12 plus the kitchen work huge dirty toiletteback door to outside dunes

20 minutes ago I ordered a large vanilla milkshake and nothing yet. At least 10-15 people also sit to wait. it is difficult to imagine not to prioritize in the position to make a milkshake over full food order. people behind the counter could take care less. the type that gives out the food at least tries hard. update, look at the picture to see the milkshake that I was left waiting after 25 minutes.

Tried to order from the website. Got an error message that my order could not be processed but they charged my card anyway. Fraudulent!EDIT: We walked to the restaurant after posting this and the manager told us that the order had been made and sent out for delivery. It's an hour later and the food still hasn't shown up. My wife has now walked back to the restaurant to see what the deal is.WHAT A SHITSHOW!
