Soul Kitchen only offers takeout, no dining in. The prices are average, and parking isn't too bad. Its corner location makes it easy to spot. The customer service was decent. Everything is made fresh, not from cans. I even saw one of the cooks slicing up some fresh green beans. I will definitely return because the menu looks promising.
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and found the food to be decent. The service was okay, and it's a nice place to drop by.
During a busy weekend in DC, I searched for a nearby restaurant and found this place within walking distance of my daughter's condo on the same street. Initially unsure of what to order, I was drawn in by the Fried Gizzards, which were freshly cooked and delicious. The meal also included a dinner roll, hot sauce, and French fries, making it a satisfying choice. The restaurant offered excellent food options, great service, and reasonable prices. I only wish I had discovered this place four years ago when my daughter started at HU.
This was me first time eating here and the food was deliciousFood: 5/5
I ordered a cheese burger two dinners. The cheese burger was hard burnt. I asked to have less onions more noodles in my lomein the cashier told me I can't pick choose its mixed up. I feel if I'm paying my money I should get what I want ! I told him this place has fallen off he responded no we have not fallen off. I won't be returning.
