Starbucks - Washington

Even though the business is a franchise, they should be consistent with their ingredients. Instead of addressing my question, she ignored me and refused to call over another barista. When I received my matcha latte, it tasted overwhelmingly sweet. When I confronted her about it, she shot me a dirty look, as if I were the one at fault. Unfortunately, she didn’t offer to make another drink, and I didn’t have the time to address the situation further that morning. I strongly recommend that this restaurant train its employees better, and perhaps those who are not suited for customer service should consider a different line of work. If I'm paying $7 for a drink, I expect it to be prepared correctly.

Terrible. What is the point of having a diet when all seats are closed, and it is a pick-up place? that's like the anti-Starbucks Ethos. also rude staff on the back say no when I asked if I could use a stand-up window for a minute. this is one of the best places of dc. if you have a terrible day, I am.

Bad customer services I've ever experienced. I brought a sandwich, but it was everywhere on the bag the brot, the ham, the cheese in the bag messed up. I have my refund, but they have gone crazy.

I went for sarg on a busy Sunday morning and the staff was so sweet and beautiful, I lost my bank card and could not pay for sarg, but the number one just said the cash to move the line told me take my time while I find my cards money ect she was very nice she said her name was short, the team dancing smiled really made my day because it was a terrible morning I give back

Went in bought a coffee and asked to use the restroom. The barista told me it is only for customers who spend more than $10. I told them I have Crohn’s, they said “Tough.” Completely unprofessional!
