Starbucks - Washington

A little busier than I had expected but not with a lot of people. The counter was lined with online orders. They had a good system worked out to serve customers quickly and get them on their way. One of the best mochas I've had in a long time.

My Frapp was delish, they had everything I wanted and the staff was efficient!

I've been meaning to share my thoughts about this place for quite some time. This Starbucks is my local spot, and I've been visiting regularly for years. The team here is among the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. From the moment you step through the door, they greet you with a smile and create a vibrant atmosphere. They have a great sense of humor too! They often joke around, making the experience enjoyable and making you feel welcome. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and the interactions always lift my spirits and kickstart my day. This is the essence of a quality local coffee shop. Many places can serve good coffee, but the ones that can brighten your mood and motivate you for the day are the ones that keep you coming back. I’m honestly shocked to see even one negative review here. I visit about twice a month, and while they may not recognize me—especially with everyone wearing masks—I can tell that they treat all their customers the same way. The food and drinks are consistently spot-on, and the service is quick and attentive. I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful staff I've encountered over the years. However, I do want to give a special shout-out to Fran, who I always see working hard.

I’m not sure what some of the previous reviewers are referring to, but this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very efficient. They even know my name and my usual order! The atmosphere is enhanced by good music playing in the background. I work nearby and have been coming here consistently for three years. The place is clean, service is quick, and overall, it has a fantastic vibe. I truly appreciate everyone who works here!

This is undoubtedly the most friendly and helpful Starbucks I’ve ever visited. As soon as you enter, an employee (I believe his name was Johnathan) greets you and asks for your name for your mobile order. He is both funny and kind. Most of the staff seemed to know about half of the customers who walked in by their first names. Even during busy times, everyone remained friendly and positive.
