Contribuisci feedback0 stars if I could. Refused to serve gluten free bread and laughed when we insisted and repeatedly asked for it because of celiac disease. (We never got it). They had it on display with a sign even and shook their head no just have this instead, gluten is ok . They are incredibly hard to understand and mix Indian phrases in english and refuse to acknowledge what you are pointing at as they struggle to understand verbal english. And just mock and laugh at you. Will flat out refuse to serve you what you ask and says they will just give you the wheat instead... again celiac disease... very rude and kinda impossible to order lol beyond 0 stars. Just pick a different subway. My bfs normal sandwich took 20 mins to make as well. Just a weird place. Someone else reviewed it as uncooperative staff. Thats incredibly accurate. So forewarning. I just wanted a personalized-gluten free bread sandwich... pretty standard
I didn?t have a good experience. Waited in line while they served another woman nicely. He got to me and was mad because I wanted warm bread. I asked for his name and they didn?t want to tell me. Treated it like a joke.
Both employees working insisted that I had to order online for them to make a sandwich.
Janky. Rude. Unprofessional. I put it in online order for dinner for my family, the order went through money was taken out of my account I go to pick up my food and before I get to go in someone from the store calls my cell phone telling me to bring my ID and card. Huh? To pick up some sandwiches? That I already ordered online and was charged for? He kept trying to bring up some policy that they have but it all sounded janky to me then started to yell at me over the phone and hung up on me next thing a manager calls me from a whole different phone number because he wasn't even in the store and try to explain the same janky policy that they claim that they have now which I have never ever heard of especially ordering online food as I have also ordered from Subway online before the different location never had this issue. After going back and forth told them to cancel the order the manager continues to text my phone I don't know what type of scamming janky stuff these people are on but avoid this Subway if you can there are plenty other better locations near these guys are horrible I would never step foot in this raggedy establishment.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY Twice this week I've tried to order from the subway website and the website goes through with the order and then when doordash gets there the order gets canceled. Both times my text message says to call the restaurant and both times I got the worst attitude from a man who kept telling me to call doordash. Every time I told him I ordered it from Subway and not doordash he kept saying to call doordash. Subway took the money from my cars and this restaurant doesn't want anything to do with it. There's a Jerry's next door I'm just going to start ordering from them. At least they care about their customers
