Yard House - Washington

My family and I went to Yard House for dinner on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at around 6:30pm. The music was loud and the vibe was cool. The menu had plenty of options, so we decided to share the Ahi Nachos appetizer, which was delicious. I ordered a classic cheeseburger cooked medium with the house IPA, while my wife had the shrimp tacos. The burger was filling and the beer was a good match. Our son enjoyed the tenders and fries. The service was quick and the servers were courteous, checking on us appropriately. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. We noticed that many tourists, including families with kids, showed up after we did. Overall, it seems like a great spot for dinner and drinks in downtown.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. SOOOO disappointed the fries were ice cold, the chicken looked brown-tanish looking lls didn’t even smell like chicken, more like mystery meat.Food: 1/5

The customer was considered above average. Marco was attentive and polite. The tortilla soup was fantastic. The chicken was tender, with plenty of fresh avocado and crunchy strips. It was rich and hearty. The wings came with bone-in and no extra charge for flat pieces. They were also fried hard as requested. The whiskey black pepper wings were delicious, as were the Buffalo wings. The prices were good and the food was great.

Had a wonderful experience at our second Yard House. The food was excellent, and the service was fast and attentive. Drink options were vast. Started with sharing the cheese dip, then moved to the salmon and chicken cheesesteak.Food: 5/5

Pretty decent food but not a good atmosphere for chatting with someone. Excellent drinks menu for selection but the prices are relatively high. Server was swamped so we had to use the little kiosk buzzer to try and hail them. We had to hail someone who was not our server to get our orders in. An incorrect item was added to our bill but they handled that just fine. Music is very loud and quite popular with folks. If you wanna just vibe and enjoy some pretty good food, seems like a good shout.
