It’s sad when you find a restaurant that has great food but receives unfriendly rude unprofessional service. We have been there twice now and the both times (some) staff are as cuddly as a cactus and charming as a eel The staff will treat people they know friendly and ask them if they need anything while others they completely ignore unless you stop them and ask for refills. We will not be back. I will drive to Grove city or another town before I will eat there again. Staff can make or break your business so Good Luck

The food is great, unfortunately everytime I eat here some members of the staff seem to have an attitude or are just generally unfriendly. It also seems like customers that regularly eat here are treated with a lot of respect and friendliness while newer customers like myself are treated like an inconvenience. All things great! My Ruben was delicious, and my kids loved their grilled cheese and build your own sub. Prices were totally reasonable. People were friendly and helpful with it being our first time in. No waiting at the counter since they find you and bring the sandwiches to you. It was nice having our drinks right off the rip too. Hidden gem. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were delicious...from the fresh bread to the plentiful amount of meat. Will be returning the next time I pass through town. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
