Contribuisci feedbackThis Chipotle location is truly disappointing. Most of the staff are unfriendly and rude, and they don't adhere to proper procedures. The restaurant is often understaffed, and the food preparation area is consistently dirty. The taste and quality of the food leaves much to be desired, and it feels like this place is in desperate need of improvement. It's clear why this Chipotle struggles to attract customers.
My experience at this Chipotle was just as great as I anticipated. The food was prepared quickly, the staff were friendly, and a typical chicken burrito bowl costs $11.11. I appreciate this location because it offers affordable, reliable meals and is conveniently situated.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was uncomfortable and toxic, with only two employees—one at the beginning of the line and one at the end—making an effort to be positive, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've noticed serious issues with the team at this location. Problems such as poor work ethic, communication, lack of efficiency, and inadequate inventory management, along with generally poor customer service, have been recurring issues at several Chipotle branches lately. This may indicate a leadership problem, and although I'd like to care more, it might be best for me to stick to delivery orders from now on. There are several small, local Mexican restaurants nearby that offer quality food and a welcoming atmosphere, and they deserve my business. Convenience is not worth sacrificing our mental and emotional well-being. It's simply not worth it.
I frequently order from this location through Uber Eats (closest to my house) and have been told on a numerous of occasions by my Uber drivers that they charge customers for the vinaigrette dressing and sometimes they do not. As a long time customer and have visited several locations within the DMV and in other states, Chipotle has never charged their customers for this. Is this a new policy?
This might be the worst location in DC. Rude employees, terrible customer service and on top of that they are always out of the basic stuff. They start closing up at 9 and refuse to make everything else cause they want to leave early. Chipotle y?all have to do better.
