We were just walking by when we were drawn in by the lively salsa and Latin music, the enticing aroma, and the fantastic atmosphere coming from this place. Once we checked out their happy hour specials (5-7 PM), we knew we had to stay! The Piña Coladas, Mojitos, and Margaritas were exceptional, incredibly delicious, and all just six bucks. We also enjoyed $3 draught beers, more great music, and the absolute best fried yucca we've ever had. This spot is not only fun and affordable but also boasts one of the most professional kitchens in the area. Mario, the bartender, was incredibly welcoming and eagerly shared details about the menu, the restaurant's story, and even some of the dance classes they used to offer before COVID. We felt safe dining outdoors and will definitely be returning, especially for dance lessons! P.S. For an authentic Cuban experience, be sure to finish your meal with a shot of aguardiente—it's delicious!

This was a wonderful experience. the food, service, and music was incredible. The food was authentic. The service was perfect they were around the perfect amount. Mario, the server, was very attentive and made wonderful drink and food recemendations. It would be a shame not to dine at this restaurant.

Went here for my friends birthday! They were timely in getting us seated after being a bit late for our reservation. The staff were very nice and sincere. Absolutely loved the food! Took a little bit to come out but it was well worth the wait. Some of the best plantains I’ve ever had! Their rice and beans... chefs kiss. Will definitely return whenever I make my way to DC again!

I booked a party of 7 and was well accommodated. The food was very delicious, and the music authentic. Not like chain restaurant food. The hot and spicy wings was an appetizer everyone at the table couldn't get enough of, and every single person enjoyed their meal. Ontop of that the Flan they brought for the birthday Man was among the best Flan I have had.

Fantastic deal during happy hour! Definitely try the mojito! The tostones could have used more flavor, but the chicken croquettes were delicious.
