Joe The Juice - Washington DC

My smoothie was hot, not warm not room temperature… hot. Paid $30 for a hot smoothie, bananas bread and a juice. Banana bread was stiff like it was old. Atmosphere was really cool but will not be going back.

I thought servers in new York are bad until I paid a visit to this place. It as awful. They made us to pay for extra paper cup and made us to organize our chairs that we were sitting.

We drove a long way to make it to this Joe and the Juice as it’s our favorite smoothie place but unfortunately the service was terrible. I don’t know if it’s just this location but the employees treated customers like it a was a chore to take their order and

I have been to the store multiple times, but every singer I come I leave very dissatisfied. The staff are not friendly or welcoming, the store is extremely dirty. All the couches, tables and windows are covered in stains, dirt and dust.please train your stuffs about customer service and do better on keeping the store clean so you won’t lose more customers.

I've visited this restaurant several times, but today will be my final visit. The customer service here is quite poor; the staff often seems unenthusiastic and unwilling to assist. I'm not someone who is rude, and I have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand how challenging it can be at times. That's why I make an effort to treat others with kindness and respect. I do appreciate the ambiance of the place, but they really need to improve their customer service.
