Contribuisci feedbackMy favorite Saturday afternoon spot. The food is great - it's one of the few restaurants in the city that offers authentic Puerto Rican dishes on the menu. The ropa vieja is delicious. Come for the food, stay for the caipirinhas and people-watching. The service is always friendly. However, I've noticed that this place tends to be on the pricey side. Just a word of caution, those mojitos can add up quickly.
I hadn't eaten yet, but I stopped at two different places (both on very hot days) at Rumba Cafe and tried their mojitos and caipirinhas. Both were very tasty. The bartenders were friendly and the food looked appetizing. The caipirinhas were some of the best I've had anywhere.
We loved the restaurant! The food was great and the waitress couldn't have been nicer. I recommend this restaurant.
We went to Bukom with our family yesterday and had a fantastic experience! The chicken suya was deliciously spicy and the stuffed beef was also tasty. Even my toddler enjoyed the meal.
Bukom thought it was the Diaspora since I was in college. The pepper soup is delicious and the Jollof is fire. No joke, I never had a bad...
