Starbucks - Washington DC

The staff here are the kindest and most amazing people I've ever encountered. I walked in needing a large order in just 10 minutes for a special event for my boss, and not only did they meet the challenge, they exceeded my expectations! The coffee was excellent, and they even helped carry everything out to my car. Thank you, Syn, Aijah, and your colleague, for making our special guest from England feel welcome and right at home with the tea! You truly excel at connecting with the community. I will definitely return and encourage everyone to check out this hidden gem in the neighborhood!

On December 29th, I visited this location and was taken aback by the poor customer service. I was with my family, and we were the only customers in the shop, yet the barista hurried us into placing our order as if we were holding up the line. Not only was she rude, but she also came across as aggressive. I’m very disappointed, especially since I’m a loyal customer with a golden membership who frequents Starbucks worldwide. I will not be returning to this location. I sincerely hope you address these service issues, as they are one of the primary reasons many of us choose Starbucks every day.

The coffee is decent—just what you’d expect from a Starbucks. However, I was taken aback by the name-calling and harassment I experienced from a group of high schoolers loitering outside. This is quite unacceptable and reflects poorly on Washington, D.C., as well as its local businesses. The Mayor really needs to address this issue and work on cleaning up the city!

That's not fair that I paid almost 6 dollars for this drink and they gave me 80% ice and 20% liquid

If you don?t get the right barista in the morning your drink is messed up! Went there last week and the Caucasian short Barista made my pumpkin spice latte and it was excellent! I wanted more that made me come back last Friday and today which was awful I asked for extra sweet didn?t get it ! It was just awful. I wanted to go back and get my money. Where is that barista? Please Please bring her back. When the store was packed those drinks was pumping out the sandwich?s was the hold up! Please
