I ordered an Italian sub online, but they sent me a veggie sub packed with greens and cheese instead. When I called the restaurant, the employee questioned whether I was sure about my order and even accused me of lying. I told him I had taken a picture of what I received, and then he started backpedaling. I'm currently waiting for my refund. It's hard to believe they could mess up an order, especially during a pandemic when there are no physical customers in the store. The quality of service in the American workforce seems to be declining every day!
This Subway location offers a tasty veggie sub, and the service is typically excellent, thanks to the hardworking staff who do a great job. If you're short on time, you also have the option to pre-order your meal.
Completely disappointing. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and the bread was stale, flaky, and dry. The meat was just passable. Also, I noticed that the tuna salad in the food bins looked dark, dry, and unappetizing—definitely not fresh.
I just came to previous location yesterday where they serve me the correct portions the very next day I had to ask the cooker to properly portion of my sandwich and then attempted to charge me extra for doing so won't come back here again
