Ming's Chinese & Japanese Cuisine

Newly opened in Chinatown, I just had to try this restaurant out.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The ingredients are so fresh and flavors absolutely amazing. I considered moving to DC just to be close enough to eat here multiple times a week.

Across the street from Corner Bakery and within walking distance of The Verizon Center. Yelpers are ridiculous. Not saying its world class cuisine, but the food is decent and the service is great. Great late night option, especially after drinks.

I ate at Ming's for the first time this past Wed. It was also my first Chinese-food experience in Chinatown. The food was terrific! Crunchy chicken skin, perfectly cooked eggplant, fish and pork swimming in yummy spicy sauces, etc. Michelle Tam is an excellent chef. I would definitely come back. :

I went to Ming's for the first time last night through Bookalokal and the food was fantastic! we had the chef's tasting menu and there wasn't a single dish I didn't love. Very authentic and great location.
