I had the chance to work with Kimberly tonight. She is awesome! I definitely want to start working with her when I come in. Impeccable service, great recommendations, and extremely friendly. Thank you all for celebrating a very enjoyable anniversary!
Great steaks as expected but the sides are also amazing. Lobster Mac could be a meal by itself.
We had a very nice meal. Our server Kit was very good. The cook on my steak was way off and the lobster I had overcooked and miniature. One of the sides we ordered was not available and we weren’t told that until all the other food arrived. We did enjoy our wine and our server. We will give it another try…
Great experience! Our server was great! I believe his name was Jamie or Jerry. The food was also phenomenal. I will certainly be back!
Slowly, inch by inch returning to its former self. No porterhouse very difficult to understand or accept. No chocolate souffles very difficult to understand or accept, but service at this location has drastically improved. It's clear new management is professionally trained and treating staff well, as staff treats us well. Service is now elevated to grand. Smiles abound and staff takes pride and enjoys its work. This is a vast improvement from a year or so ago. We're just unable to understand why we can't get a porterhouse or souffle, things that drew us to Morton's. Corporate clings to mediocrity, alienating guests and hamstringing its staff who strive to provide European gracious service. On a very positive note, the asparagus is to die for never better. Two of us ordered 3 plates of asparagus it was that good. Now get us a 28 40 day dry aged porterhouse. Stand out and be the best.
