It was a very cold night, but my office dared for our holiday event. Although we missed a few people, we had a ball. However, the ambience was beautiful, but it was very cold inside, as we were thrown away on the side of the house, but we really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend that they invest in space heaters, especially near the entrance. Some of my team members swarmed throughout the event. Again, it was a happy event.
If you call an hour before arrival to confirm the reservation and ask if you need any high chairs or boosters that suggest that you are family-friendly, you might want the music that easily uses the N word and the F word. We had no children, but I was embarrassed for the table with children next to us. Either you are family-friendly or you are not. If you call an hour before arrival to confirm the reservation, you might want to mention that the gas grill does not work and that half of the menu with more than half of the appetizers, all sandwiches and all 'Salads' with grilled items are not available. If you are going to ask for drinks orders, you can consider the supply of all drinks simultaneously for the whole party, instead of only soft drinks prepared by the server while the bartender still makes the drink (as if the four active tables at a slow Monday night overwhelm the bartender). If you take an order for a Maker 's Mark Bourbon, it is not a good idea to present the drink followed by a check with Bullet Bourbon on the check. If you take orders for appetizers, it is a good idea not to serve them at the same time as the Entree. If you pay someone to sit people, it's a good idea to be in front of the restaurant when they arrive instead of talking to the bartender and the server. If you pay someone to sit people, it's a good idea that the person of folding napkins see through the window to thank for your business when they go. The sad thing is that food was pretty good. The service was friendly. But at the end of the day no one taught this server some basic skills or how to perfect his craft. Friendly service is not a good service and too many restaurants like these correspond to the two. Unfortunately, I tipped and didn't say anything. I'm here several times. Not bad. Not good.
Good pizza and casual place for getting together with friends. Right across the street from Rock n Roll Hotel.
We will not be going back. While the majority of the food was solid, the quality of service was unacceptable. We have frequently patronized this restaurant for brunch, and it was a favorite for bringing out of town guests. They appear to have changed some of the recipes, including the hash. It took over an hour to get another cup of coffee, food was brought with no silverware, etc. Management seemed to have handled our issues well and provided a discount, but it's not enough. We're just too disappointed.
