Contribuisci feedbackHostess said it. Customers had a 30-minute waiting time when the restaurant was almost empty. After the challenging waiting, several of the groups waiting for, including mine. Bartender explained that the waiting staff was lazy so that they regularly turn people away and are above waiting times to not serve customers. We should have stayed at this point, but we're starved and out of town, so we didn't find another option. It's hard to imagine how this place keeps the doors open.
Our waitress was wonderful! She has our order right and she had a really good personality! I had the ribs and they were really fleshy and good! I'll get more ribs!
The food took forever and the waitress had a bad attitude.
Horrible customer service!!!!!! Place is dirty and they are out of everything!! Had to leave before food arrived!! It was THAT BAD! It’s gross!
TGI Friday refused to recognize the reservation. They said they did not participate in OpenTable and there was an hour and a half wait.
