The Park At 14th - Washington, D.C.

I was visiting from out of town and not familiar with this place, which is apparently a local favorite. I noticed it from my room at the Hamilton Hotel across the street and was drawn to their festive holiday decorations (it was Christmas time) and the bustling crowd of people entering and leaving. The brunch was absolutely fantastic! It was delicious and there was plenty of food. The atmosphere was lively and celebratory (though the music was a bit loud) and all of the staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Since it was Christmas Eve, I would like to give a special shout out to our server Nyala and the hostess Kara at the front. I was so impressed with the restaurant that I made a point to meet one of the owners, Mark, and express my happiness and gratitude. Whenever I am in DC, this will definitely be my go-to brunch spot. While I'm sure it is also great for happy hour and dinner, the crowd tends to be younger (millennials and Gen Z) while I myself am a baby boomer.

Our server Laurin!!!! LAURIN!!!! Best server at Park! She was so nice, bonded with out table like she knew us since the SANDBOX! Made our experience at Park a 10/10. If Laurin ain’t working I ain’t GOING <33. Merry Christmas Laurin!!!

Had wonderful time! 10/10 for my waitress forgot her name I think she’s Asian mixed but yes best customer service! We had the jerk wings, bang bang shrimp grill shrimp and calamari let me tell you I recommend them all.

We had to wait a little longer than usual because of Christmas parties, but our server, the sweet girl with glasses and long hair (whose name I can't recall), took great care of us! Sending love from Detroit.

More of a restaurant vibe on all floors than it used to be back in the day which takes away from the mixing and mingling with people...clean vene though for private parties or meetups
