This is the worst Arby's I've ever visited. One thing I can say about them is that they're consistent—consistently slow and consistently making mistakes.
I would give it zero stars if possible. The server got my order wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, she snapped at me, insisting that she had it right. It was a frustrating experience.
I took my wife and daughter to this restaurant for lunch, and it was a disappointing experience. The food was just mediocre. I paid $9 for a brisket sandwich, but it was incredibly small—more like a slider with about 3 ounces of meat. My wife’s sandwich was essentially an overpriced McChicken, and my daughter's nuggets were dry and overly salty. I ended up spending $30 on lunch and hardly had enough to satisfy any hunger. Their slogan is "Arby's, we have the meats," but it certainly didn’t feel that way. My family and I will not be returning. We dine out frequently in Wasilla, and I can confidently say that Arby's is the worst place we've visited. On a positive note, the staff were nice.
They consistently get my order right, and the food is delicious. Plus, I rarely encounter excessively long lines, whether inside or outside, and they never seem to be understaffed (unlike some other chains, I won't name!). What more could you ask for? And their mozzarella sticks are so tasty that they should be illegal! The only downside is the drive-thru; it can create a bit of a mess with parking when the line gets long.
