Underground, but for ice. You know that you have it on your kind. lol. also they have good quality ice cream. only the question is that they are expensive. for the same price of 1 of it must have it size with 2 toppings they can have a gallon blue band at fred meyers.

My three year old son wanted one scoop cotton candy cup with marshmellow, he took one bite and he did not liked it. We then proceeded to ask a replacement ice cream and the girl told us she could do it and we could toss it in the garbage, and so we did. Only after we tossed the ice cream she asked the manager on duty If it was ok and the manager said no. So we ended up paying 10$ (10$!!! Absolutely expensive considering the quality of the ice cream )for one ice cream. Customer service was awful, won?t be returning and I would rate it 0 stars if I could!

I love to treat myself with my custom ice cream from cold stone. I always end up getting the same one everytime. My favorite is called The Pie Who Loved Me. Its cheesecake ice cream with chocolate syrup, graham cracker and oreos. Yum yum. Its been a special place for me to take my daughter for something sweet or to celebrate. she loves the coffee ice cream plain.... plain. What kid wants coffee plain... shes uniqur for sure lol. Its thats good and worth checking out. Treat Yourself!

We love to come here for creamy treats. The ice cream is always tasty. We love the cakes. The service is average depending on how long the line is and the person helping you. To be expected with younger adults working the counter. Not as enthusiastic about singing for tips like they used to tho.

I ordered the cheesecake fantasy and there was hardly any toppings on it. It ended up looking like vanilla icecream. The cost of the product vs what was received didn't add up when more topping should've been added rather than subtracted. 4 stars for goodcustomer service but please be mindful of how much toppings is put on product. Good service usually takes over bad product .
