It's disappointing to see it in such a poor state. They charge extra for a second basket of chips, and the first one only had about ten chips in it! The service was slow and lacking. It was clear that the staff felt embarrassed about how the restaurant has changed. It's telling that none of the waitresses stayed on after the ownership changed. I won’t be returning. The fajitas, which should be pretty straightforward, were excessively salty—definitely some of the worst I’ve ever had.
This used to be our favorite restaurant when it was Jalepeno's and Jerry was the manager. Unfortunately, the service has declined; getting salsa and small plates for appetizers feels like a struggle. The food is still good, so I hope the overall experience improves soon!
We love their chimichangas; they are enormous! The prices were reasonable when it was still Jalapenos, but I'm not sure if they've changed since the restaurant became Los Cabos.
I ordered the steak fajitas, and unfortunately, they were very disappointing. The steak was overly chewy, and I ended up spitting most of it out. The rest of the dish didn't stand out either. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. On a positive note, the waitress was extremely friendly and provided excellent service.
