Pho Vatsana - Wasilla

I had lunch here today, and it was fantastic! I ordered the beef pho, while my friend had the yellow curry. We shared both dishes, and the portion sizes were just right. The customer service was very welcoming, and their adorable little dog, Scooby, added to the charm. We left feeling satisfied and happy.

Our waiter was the young gentlemen that was very soft spoken (I believe his name was Sam? but very excellent customer service. We sat at the booth in front of the front desk and listened to the man owner speak disrespectfully and degrading to the young waiter like he was an idiot and didn’t know how to do anything. He was very rude and it was very disappointing to listen to. He snapped his fingers and clapped his hands at the waiter and said “come on! Use your head! Come on spit out what you saying!” That waiter did not deserve that kind of disrespect. The Pho was very good but very salty (I happen to love salt so no complaints but the chicken fried rice was DISGUSTINGLY mushy. So I have one star just based on that.

The pho was satisfying, but I don’t think it's their specialty. The Thai food, on the other hand, was fantastic!

Our waiter was friendly and funny, very enjoyable experience. Their other employee working the tables, Scooby, was a very friendly and enjoyable guy. The food was great, we had the red curry, pho and vegetarian golden egg rolls. All food was served quickly, hot and delicious. Definitely will be back to try more from their menu!!! 10/10 would recommend.

My go to for Thai in Wasilla! Consistent and excellent.
