German feel bar with great view, good choice of drinks,food could be delivered for free from Pizzeria Delphi.I went there for a picture painting event,had wine ,we were laughing all evening , took pictures on the porch, view is outstanding!! Bar is a smoke free now, but you can smoke outside on a patio.

This is a beautiful location. Good beer selection, amazing view, and friendly staff. The food selection was good, but nothing crazy. If you're looking for a full meal, you might want to look else where. This place will definitely make it into my rotation.

The building had a very rustic with a hand-crafted feel and dim lighting. We sat inside, but there was nice patio seating available as well, with a great view. Our only complaint about this place was the lack of food. And the fact the server/bartender seemed to forget I asked for a water before his shift finished. One of the other reviews shared a much more extensive menu, but when we went, there were only 3 meal options. My husband and our friend both had the bratwurst dinner: a bratwurst on a bun with potato salad and sweet kraut. They were out of the beer cheese meant to pair with the soft pretzel, so I went for the picnic meal: a German charcuterie of Swiss cheese, summer sausage, Braunschweiger, a pickle, peanuts, kraut, potato salad, and a small bread loaf. Everything was palatable, but I did want more kraut and potato salad than I received. The beer pours were generous. I had the (very refreshing) cider, a grapefruit beer, and the closest thing they had to a dunkelweizen. The grapefruit beer was my favorite.

Great place to have a good time any time! Single, couple, or a group of friends all find a great setting to enjoy their visit to the Schwabenhof. Plenty of parking, views all the way to the Knik glacier, music , some food, all contribute to the good times anytime.

Not a great place to eat indoors is a dark small dive bar only not good food beer and outdoor views is the only is the reason to go here on a nice day.
