Contribuisci feedbackIt's decent fast food. All the sandwiches taste the same so load up on veggies and Baja Chipotle.Also There's a teenager in there that's super mean to her coworker. Make sure to call her out when you see her.
I stopped at this location today and was disappointed to say the least. The server spoke so low I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I asked for The Great Garlic sandwich and when she put the chicken on it was sparse. I had to ask for it to look more like the picture. She did not ask me if I wanted it toasted and forgot the bacon until I reminded her. The condition of the restaurant was dirty, the drink line was a mess, the floor needed sweeped and at least three employees were laughing in the back. I work in food service and these people would not work for me.

Yikes, so let's start by saying this review is based on our last two experiences. Both App orders, for five sandwiches, and extras. Order one- placed 68 minutes before requested pickup time. Arrived and went inside, waited my turn no big deal. Now 10 minutes past pickup time, I could see what I assumed was our order on the counter. I was told our order wasn't ready, and to hang out and they would get it finished up. Fast forward 21 more minutes of waiting. I walked back up, and the same girl asked what I needed. oh here we go, I gave her my name again and sure as s she grabs the bag off the counter. Ok, so I sift through and see a sandwich is missing. I mentioned this and she takes the bag back. Now I have 3 employees flopping out $85 order around. She assures me they know what one is missing and will make it. I go sit back down, and another employee brings out a sandwich. I grab it and ask why is this? Oh, it's your flat bread. Now I'm pissed, the missing sandwich in question was not a flat bread. So long story short, I am now waiting for another sandwich to be made. Trip 2. Oh boy, oh boy. Again app order, 1 hour and 28 minutes before pickup. My wife picked up the order, it wasn't ready and she ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Now, she should have counted but she had to pick a child up so. Fast forward, they get home and my boys BLT is missing. She calls to have it remade so I can pick it up on my way home from work. The lady hangs up on her, This proceeded to escalate things way higher than I care for. But again that's her karma, anyway long story short, they basically told her they don't make enough to give a s and she could request a refund from the app. Forward- I get home after my shift and open my $18 turkey pro with bacon, to find it had no Mayo, no oil, no vinegar, and no bacon. And at that point the app didn't let me request a refund. So- if you own this store and are reading this, maybe your cheap a can either pay your employees better, or read up on quality control. I honestly cannot believe the reviews are so good for this location.
I liked mine just fine but they put mayonnaise on my friends and soaked her bread. They only have kid's working at this one. Maybe that's why I get for not paying full attention!
