To top it off, there's no basket of chips and salsa available. They really need to improve customer service under the new management!
We understand that everyone is busy, but it would be helpful to post a sign indicating when the lobby is closed during regular business hours. We've attempted to eat here several times, but it's been challenging, especially after unloading all five kids. We will give it another try soon.
I’ve repeatedly faced issues with incomplete orders, and waiting 30 minutes to resolve the missing items is incredibly frustrating. Food trucks have become my preferred choice for a hassle-free dining experience, as they ensure I receive everything I ordered without the worry of missing items. Even when I attempt to call for help, no one answers. The last time I followed up on a missed order, I was told that I should have called, and they would have allowed me to come back to pick up what was left out. Unfortunately, that response is no longer acceptable to me—it’s time for action. They need to prioritize these issues rather than solely focusing on how they treat their staff. The responsibility lies with them.
I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location has been getting slower and slower. I don't think it's fair to use "it's Covid" as an excuse anymore. Expect to spend 30 to 45 minutes in line. It's crucial to double-check your order before leaving, as they often forget items. Unfortunately, this has become a regular issue, especially considering how pricey things have gotten.
I've waited over an hour in the drive-thru, and on one occasion, my order was missing over $9 worth of items. Please improve your speed and make sure to check the orders before handing them out. Thank you.
