Panera Bread - Watauga

I found the ordering process on the website and through Grubhub a bit unreliable, but my 5-star review is for Katy at the store. She quickly and accurately fixed my order, and even took the time to call me to ensure I received it and liked it. She really went above and beyond. If I had the chance to hire someone in my office, I'd definitely want to bring her on board. She's a true asset to her employer, which is quite rare to find!

Wow, this place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and my orders are always delivered on time and exactly as I requested. The kitchen really knows what they're doing. It might not sound like a big deal, but I've eaten at Panera locations all over the country, and I'm so glad to have this one as my go-to café!
