Carvel Express - WATER MILL

The same Carvel we've loved for years. I don't remember it being this expensive.

Friendly staff and the tie dye shake is off the chain

I Love this place, winter AND summer! We usually bring home the ice cream sandwiches to have in the house, and the hot fudge sundaes...yum! Their chocolate fudge is the best!

Worst carvel ice cream not so fresh had a bad tooth decide I was going to run the risk to eat some ice cream on my bad tooth and it didnt worth it one bit not just one bad experience but two worth more getting ice cream in Walmart or king kullen ????????????????

As a 24/7/365 local.......its a cool hang out spot for us firemen and emts after a call.
