Dunkin' - Waterbury

Good service wished they had let them know that more tables

The restaurant is beautiful and cozy, with only a few tables, but we managed to find a spot. I wasn’t with Dunkin, but I had a really strong connection to it. I’m not sure how the business will evolve, but I miss the old Dunkin. We didn’t have to wait on a Sunday, which was nice. There are plenty of parking spaces, but it’s difficult to turn left onto the busy road.

It's a very good Dunkin Donuts with very friendly and kind staff.

I went back to the parking lot and re-entered the store. A crew member poured half of the coffee out, added the caramel and sugar, then handed it back to me. There wasn't enough caramel, so I asked for more. She scooped out some of the coffee and added more ice, giving me an annoyed look. After that, I left. I won't be returning to this Dunkin'. There's a better one just a few miles away.

I enjoy their large coffee, and they remember my name and order every day.
