The young lady with braids who was taking drive-thru orders today had one earbud in and seemed completely unwilling to listen to customers. If you're having personal issues or a bad day, it's best to stay home rather than bring your negative attitude to work. It was unprofessional and quite off-putting. Your behavior was rude!
I had a disappointing experience at the KFC on Thomaston Ave in Waterbury, Connecticut. There was a mistake with my order, which I brought to the manager's attention. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was quite rude—not in an obvious way, but definitely in their demeanor. This behavior isn't what I expect from someone in a leadership role and sets a poor example for the team. While the employees were fine, I can't recommend this location due to the management. I give them one star. I won't be returning.
I had a terrible experience at this location. The service was awful, and after waiting 22 minutes in the drive-thru, the food was disappointing. It seems like there were only a couple of staff members who really didn’t seem motivated. I’ve had better experiences at other KFC locations. If you’re hungry and need to get things done, I suggest avoiding this place. I won’t be returning here again.
Not really sure I went on a Sunday (5/1/22) and the food was fine, but I had a bigger order for several people, so I wanted to use the lobby, but it was locked and the only way to order was the drive thru. Not a big problem, but nothing less annoying and there was no sign that this was the case. If I hadn't seen the people working in the store, I probably would have just left.
I put an order online and went to the store to pick up. They decided to close the dining area, so I had to go to the car thru. They were super slow in driving thru line for about 45 minutes.
