However, when I got home, there were no extra chicken pieces in my soup, just carrots. It's frustrating that they didn't listen to my request but still charged me for the extra chicken. It's disappointing that despite having so much chicken on display, they couldn't add some to my soup. A chicken soup should have plenty of chicken in it. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. They need to get it together.
The quality of food at Place A has declined significantly, with dishes now even drier and saltier, almost as if they are using cured meats in their recipes. It appears that the restaurant used the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity to implement some nonsensical changes that have negatively impacted the overall dining experience for customers.
The food at this restaurant appears to be appetizing, but one must be cautious when dining at the establishment located at the end of Willow Street.
For 18.00 dollars food is definitely not the same rice was under cooked the steak was dry definitely lost a customer portion are small as well sorry not sorry
This place used to be good, my go to. Recently they have been the absolute worst prices increase every week. My family and I buy combos from here at least 4 times a week and every week there is an increase in price and when brought to the staff‘s attention they respond with “ hun you have to deal with it I don’t know what to tell you” that is unprofessional and they have lost loyal customers. How is a combo of CHICKEN over $30 when the separate pieces add up to less than that?? Extremely rude staff that doesn’t even answer customer’s concern. Wouldn’t have minded paying if they were at least friendly.
