Los Garcia Mexican Fusion - Waterbury

I am vegetarian so Mexican is a great option. This place is really cute. The food truck is large and nicely decorated. I was greeted very nicely. The girl was great and helped me order since it was my first time. I got veggie and black bean tacos with rice and beans. The salsas and pickled peppers are a must. Everything was sooo good. I am happy to have found this awesome place!

I'm Mexican and from California originally. I have lived in CT for almost 5 years now and haven't found an authentic mexican food place until yesterday. The food was AMAZING! And the customer service was incredible too! I live two hours away and I will definitely be going back! So happy I found this place!!!

This place makes great food and the price is good too. It used to be just the taco truck but they're beginning to take root in the building and grow. If you're in the area it's definitely worth stopping for.

This is one of my very favorite places to eat of all time. Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious — my favorite are the chicken tacos. And all of their sauces are AMAZING too! I highly recommend Los Garcia!

I had tres tacos, pork, chicken and beef, each one unique and absolutely delicious. I also had chiles relienos. Which were out of this world. This place should be featured on the food network : you have found yourselves a new regular customer
