Louie's Pizza House - Waterbury

Pizza taste is ok but i have one complaint. when you order a pie they put it on the rack not to mention they loose tickets too much. they talk too long to cook and they don’t use gloves they use their bare hands with your pizza. not to mention their is usually hair in your pizza because they use no hair nets. disgusting go there if ya want but watch carefully.

Their wings are nasty I ordered a philly steak grinder it comes with mozzarella cheese they don't even tell you that They use cheap mozzarella cheese, has no flavor And the wings all skin, very little meat they buy cheap stuff!!! I will never order from these people again.. I cannot believe they've been here for that long Louie's pizza is disgusting

Too much msg . Boyfriend declined the meal because of health issues. .. 25 dollar went to waste , to cook a meal anyway . And I never recieved my last order prior to today

I'm from New York, so my pizza bar is pretty high. I ordered by Slice.com, and although it said the order had been received, the store did not get my order. What I didn't know until I asked where it was. They were so nice on the phone, excused for the inconvenience, but recommended calling disk. Once they called Louies, they called me to confirm my order. You had it here within 30 minutes. The crust is thinner (but not thin) and crispy. Not fat! The sauce is herby, I'm used to a sweeter sauce, but it's really good. I ordered Greek, but replaced feta with ricotta, and added chicken. So I'm inhaling pizza in my hotel room, very happy.

Great pizza! Shop also has a friendly and lively atmosphere. I'm in town for the next week and I work nearby. I hope to go back a few more times before I leave. Salads and desserts also looked great.
