Sicilian Delight - Waterbury

I visited this restaurant at the mall with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The new pizza maker is incredibly fast, like Flash from the comics. I have never seen anyone make pizza as quickly and efficiently as Stephan. It was truly impressive! Even aliens couldn't beat him at making pizza.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant as the young women working there are consistently polite and friendly. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I truly appreciate the hard work they put in day after day. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great dining experience.

The food did not match my order, and there was a rash running over the countertop with all the pizza pies just sitting there! I did not mention it politely.

Food was horrible. Taste of the pizza, just the texture alone made it horrible. Their cheese is horrible quality. I highly suggest no one go to this place. The garlic knots are even cold, hard, and not satisfying.

Owner was very rude to one of his employees and was degrading him publicly. I spoke up for the gentlemen and he told me “you don’t understand I am the only one who is willing to work with him” so that gives you the right to speak to him as if he has no worth? And as I walked away he told me “you don’t have to come back here if you don’t want!” LoL if he treats that gentlemen like that publicly I don’t want to imagine behind closed doors. What goes around comes around that’s all I’m going to say!
