Worst food in Waterbury hands down. Ordered a grilled cheese panini with tomato soup, got absolutely no tomato soup and grilled cheese super dry and disgusting. For whatever reason they felt the need to use Swiss?!Chicken parm grinder tasted like the chicken has been sitting in the fryer for more than 4 hours. Bread all burnt and old tasting, absolutely repulsed by this place. French fries soggy and cold and tastes old. Okay the only thing that wasn’t messed up was the Pepsi and vitamin water. I would never order from here again and I strongly advise anyone avoiding this disappointment.Unless dissatisfaction is what your looking for then this place is a HARD PASS

I've gotten food here a few times. I got the Blue Dream wrap today. It was beyond delicious. I've had other wraps while here. All good eats. 10/10

Just moved to Waterbury 5 months ago I already visit couple places for breakfast. But on April 8 around 9 am me and my husband dropped off my daughter across the street in her school we decided to try this place soon we opened the door it was 2 people in there first off all no greeting at all ,we was look at the menu they still not knowledge us .Ok they just look at us .at this point was both of them in the store and me and my rasband.first of all if you gonna have a business like that a list make sure you are social and friendly. the lady in there look at us like they see garbage. guess what I just went to monteiros better treatment good food and friendly. I refuse to spend my money with business that are not friendly sad .

Went to this place on Thursday it was so good. Owners are very nice. Authentic food and desserts! I can't wait to go again.

Before I rant I have been going here since they opened food was always good then they went to the weighing system and the prices went through the roof 8.99lb which is ok but when 60%of your meal is rice and your paying 8.99lb well that's ridiculous now I understand everything has gone up but today was the last straw I went in grabbed a slice of plain cheesecake tiny skinny slice brought it to the register and was told 7.83 told them to keep it and they just lost a customer for good sorry because Rocky is a great guy but cmon man
