The Reservoir Bier Pub is located on the main road at the end of the Stowe street. This brings it to a very simple 3/4 mile walk from the Best Western Motel in Waterbury. My wife had suggested this, but I had reservations because other reviews indicated service was very bad recently. This turned out that not the case, since service was fast and friendly despite the pub very full. The deck is back from the street and quieter than inside. All tables outside were filled. I'm not much of a beer drinker because I'm usually the designated driver. Since we left, I was able to put this in the design by Trapp Helle's Golden Warehouse. I had the Vermont Burger who was better than average. My wife enjoyed the switchback age. They enjoyed the salmon. I was glad she left me from my choice. One of our better choices on this trip.

I have been hunting down the best burgers in the state of VT. This place was on a top 10 list. Wow I had the bacon Blu burger and it was FIRE. I was loving the vide inside the place as well.
