Caffè Nero - Waterford

The dirtiest toilets I have ever seen. It really made it uncomfortable to sit having a coffee after visiting them.

I usually like Cafe Nero but this location has been a disappointment now the past few times I have been. The staff is less than friendly, with a few exceptions. I’ve noticed the furniture looking a bit broken down and filthy as well as the whole place being dusty and grimy. On my last visit there were no napkins for guests to get on their own. With so many coffee shops in town, I don’t see a reason to go here.

Lovely cafe, apart from one female staff member, blonde, who has no idea how to be polite and obviously does not enjoy her job. Staff now are very friendly and polite and welcoming. it's sometimes over run with college students with one of them buying a drink and 4 or 5 sitting there with laptops open . that should be stopped

Feel very welcome and service is 1000% always a friendly face staff talk to me and everybody which is the way it was when i was young thankyou so much oh and pints are so tasty
