Speaking as a former huge fan of coffee chains, I consistently walk past them in favour of visiting Carters who serve the best coffee, offer the best value for money and have a super bunch of highly competent staff!!! Love this place!

Super friendly! I've been looking for a great cup of coffee since we landed in Ireland last week. Threw that challenge to the owner and he gladly accepted it! Great cup of coffee with friendly conversation to boot! If/when I ever get back to Waterford, I'll be back!

My wife Anita and I always make a Bee line for this fabulous establishment at least three times a week when we are shopping in Waterford City. The Ice Cream is out of this world just as the food and drinks are too. Also, the service is second to none!!! We <3 the Carters Chocolate Cafe :
